Where do I get tickets for CRX 2022?
Crunchyroll Expo 2022 is going to be held between Friday Aug 5th, 2022 and Sun, Aug 7th, 2022. The event will commence at 10:00 AM and end at 6:00 PM. 1. How to roll over tickets from CRX 2020 event?
The tickets you have booked will automatically transfer to Crunchyroll Expo 2022. This is expected by April end and will not cost you anything extra. A new e-mail confirmation will be sent to you. In case of any questions, please contact at: crx [at] leftfieldmedia.com.
2. Where can I find the schedule of the show?

3. How to receive badge for Crunchyroll Expo after registering?
If you live in the US and have bought tickets before June 26 then badges will be mailed in June. You can expect it to be received before July 30. For other people they can pick up the badges at Will Call in the convention center. Show the QR code received in your confirmation email.
4. Can we buy ticket if we live outside the United States?
Yes there is no restriction to buy ticket and attend the on site event. You may also register for the live streaming of the event if it is difficult to attend the Expo.
5. Who needs to buy the tickets?
In order to attend Crunchyroll Expo everyone with age 6 and above needs ticket. It is recommended that all children under 18 attend with an adult. Every child under 13 must have an adult with them while at the event.
6. How to obtain a refund and upgrade ticket?
Crunchyroll Expo is not allowing any refunds or cancellations. All the ticket purchases are therefore final. If you want to upgrade your ticket then the host will do their best to accommodate. This is as long as the new ticket you want is still available.
7. What do you get by taking Friday early-access?
You can enter Anime Arts District and Central Shopping District 1 hour prior to general admission on opening day. This will provide you the first opportunity at exclusive merchandise. You will need to have a valid Friday ticket or a 3-Day ticket for the $10 upgrade.
History of Crunchyroll Expos
Crunchyroll Expo was first held in Santa Clara, California at the Santa Clara Convention Center in 2017. The convention is being run by LeftField Media. The ticket sales were received prior to the event. MAGWest was also held in the same weekend. Both the conventions collaborated to allow attendees to participate in each others event. The convention was affected with staffing and badge check issues. Also, there was autograph ticket confusion and had no video rooms.
In 2018, the expo was shifted to San Jose, California. It was held in the San Jose McEnery Convention Center. The convention was held in the same weekend as SacAnime. From 2020 onwards, Crunchyroll started partnering with ReedPop in order to organize the expo. COVID-19 pandemic lead to the cancellation of Crunchyroll Expo 2020. Virtual Crunchyroll Expo, which was an online event, was held from September 4–6, 2020. Crunchyroll Expo 2021 was replaced with an online event due to COVID-19 pandemic.

Virtual Crunchyroll Expo 2020
The Crunchyroll Expo 2020 was cancelled because of the COVID-19 pandemic. Instead, an online event called Virtual Crunchyroll Expo was held between September 4 and 6. The expo had many Japanese guests such as Soma Saito, Junji Ito, Mayumi Tanaka, Rie Takahashi and pro wrestler Miro. The event also had cosplay event, artists alley and exhibitor hall. An online concert was performed by MYTH & ROID.
Crunchyroll Expo Australia
Crunchyroll Expo Australia was announced by Crunchyroll on March 29, 2022. It is being run by Madman Anime which is the Crunchyroll’s Australian subsidiary. The event will be held at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre at Melbourne in the state of Victoria. It is being said that it is the successor to Madman Anime Festival.
